UK DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Here's everything you need to know about UK delivery and returns at Gear Up Fitness, from dispatch times to how to send an item back.

Shipping

We deliver across the United Kingdom.

Processing: orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Cost: shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Tracking: you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Some items ship from different suppliers, so one order may arrive in more than one parcel.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed.

Email us at gearup.uk26@gmail.com with your order number.
We will reply with the return address and instructions.
Send the item back unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

For hygiene reasons, socks, kinesiology tape and supplements can only be returned if the seal is unbroken.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including postage.
